Grand
Street
1872 industrial loft
Architect: Andrew Berman
A c. 1872 industrial loft on Grand Street, fully renovated and thoughtfully reimagined. Clear-lacquered steel and white oak honor the integrity of the original structure, while architect Andrew Berman’s design situates the space firmly in the present.
