In the heart of Tribeca’s historic cast-iron district, this full-floor loft underwent a meticulous gut renovation that seamlessly bridges old-world character with modern luxury.
Set within a mid-19th-century Italianate landmark, the residence was reimagined to enhance its grand proportions – soaring ceilings, expansive windows, and abundant natural light – while preserving the soul of the space.
Original elements, including a striking wood-burning fireplace, were carefully restored and integrated into a refined, contemporary design language. The result is a warm yet sophisticated home that celebrates the building’s industrial heritage while delivering the comfort, privacy, and elegance expected of a boutique Tribeca residence.
