A SoHo loft defined by a distinctly futuristic vision – sculptural forms, precision engineering, and rigorously considered details throughout.

Modern, spacious room with light wood floors, large windows with black curtains, metalwork staircase, and a wooden table with hanging white pendant lights.

At its center, a cantilevered staircase fabricated by Armadillo Metalworks in polished stainless steel descends from the roof deck into the residence below. With its clean folded edges and mirror finish, the structure reads as both object and architecture. Constructed in two sections, welded on-site, and craned into place through the rooftop, it is as exacting in execution as it is striking in presence.
